OVERVIEW

This website is operated by AELA JEAN Beauty Bar. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SERVICES & APPOINTMENTS

All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service.

Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, appointments will be canceled and deposits will be forfeited.

Rescheduling is allowed only with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

PRODUCT SALES

All sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any beauty products.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at itsaelajean@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
