All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location but typically range between 3–7 business days.

AELA JEAN Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, including USPS or other shipping providers.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
