Refund Policy

At AELA JEAN Beauty Bar, all sales are final due to the nature of our products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any beauty products, including lip scrubs, glosses, lashes, or skincare items.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at itsaelajean@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We are committed to making it right and will offer a replacement if applicable.

Services & Appointments

All services at AELA JEAN Beauty Bar require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service.

Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling is allowed only with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
